We do not diagnose care needs, rank providers, determine eligibility or coverage, or recommend a medical, legal, insurance or financial decision.
How trust is handled
Location pages identify the source year, verification date, geography and confidence. Derived values—such as the memory-care planning uplift—are labeled separately from published medians.
