Information you choose to provide

Calculator inputs are processed in your browser. You can use the calculators without entering a name, phone number, diagnosis, insurance identifier or Social Security number.

If you submit an email address for the planning checklist, it is sent to the email service configured by CareBudgetIQ for subscription and delivery. Do not submit health or financial account information through an email field.

Usage and analytics data

CareBudgetIQ may record limited events such as a calculator being completed, a location being selected or a report being downloaded. When analytics providers are enabled, these events may be sent to those providers with technical request information. CareBudgetIQ does not intentionally attach calculator events to a name or diagnosis.

How information is used

Information is used to deliver requested emails, operate the site, understand which planning tools are useful, prevent abuse and diagnose errors. CareBudgetIQ does not sell health data and does not require personal information to reveal calculator results.

Third-party services and choices

Email delivery and analytics may be provided by third parties configured by CareBudgetIQ. Their processing is governed by their own terms and privacy practices. You may avoid email processing by not subscribing, and browser privacy controls may limit analytics storage.

• Do not enter sensitive health or account data.
• Use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email to stop future messages.
• Review this policy again when a material change is published.
